Tiled is looking for a self-motivated and highly collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our team of passionate people who are revolutionizing the world of interactive experiences.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the champion for new product innovations responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging, and positioning of our products. Organizationally, you will be embedded in the product organization and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

As the lead for our Product Marketing organization, you will be in charge of the following:
Specifically, we are looking for someone that is proven strong in three key competencies: Positioning and Messaging, Product Launch, and Enablement.
Positioning and messaging
You will ensure that our product is presented in a clear way that highlights its unique benefit and that our audience knows why our solution is better than what our competitors have to offer. This will require you to understand the product and the market exceptionally well, so you can explain that value to customers and everyone within our company too. By working on our positioning, you will be able to define how you want our audience to think about our product. You will also be crafting the statements that will establish and reinforce our positioning.
For our customers, bringing new functionality to market should be a promise of new value that they can look forward to. To make sure that they understand the value of our product, you will explain its benefits and technical advantages through various channels, including: website updates, product-based content, and sales collateral and enablement. You will show and demonstrate that same value through demos, presentations, and webinars. Finally, after executing against your launch plan, you will measure the success based on key metrics such as adoption, up-sell, cross-sell, etc. All of these happen with a strong go-to-market strategy that you will plan and implement.
By knowing what makes the product unique, understanding where it sits in the marketplace and the key messages that resonate, you will be uniquely positioned to rally the marketing and sales teams around the product’s unique value (how it helps customers and how it stands out from the competition). Relying on curiosity and awareness of how other teams work and what matters to them most, you will know what collateral is needed to realign the team and help them explain the core benefits to customers more succinctly. In a nutshell, we need someone to make sure that people both inside and outside of the company understand the value of our product. And that is you.
